
Outlet Supervisor

- Lead and supervise the outlet team, ensuring adherence to service standards and company policies
- Handle guest concerns professionally and efficiently, providing friendly and engaging service
- Implement and enforce outlet policies, procedures, and service standards
- Oversee food and beverage preparation, ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation policies
- Manage inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to maintain adequate stock
- Train and mentor team members to foster a collaborative and customer-focused environment
- Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing constructive feedback and motivation
- Assist in developing and implementing strategies to improve outlet efficiency and profitability
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Stay updated on industry trends and implement innovative ideas to enhance guest satisfaction
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field
- Minimum of two years of experience in bar or restaurant operations, preferably in a luxury hotel setting
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members
- Excellent customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
- Proficient knowledge of bar operations and food and beverage industry standards
- Strong working knowledge of POS systems (e.g., Micros) and MS Office applications
- Experience in inventory management and cost control
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
