Sealy Mattress Middle East is looking for a skilled Warehouse Supervisor to join our operations team based in Jeddah. As a key player in our logistics and supply chain management, you will oversee all warehouse activities to ensure the safe and efficient storage, handling, and distribution of our high-quality mattress products. Your expertise in inventory management and warehouse operations will be critical to meeting our customers' needs and maintaining our reputation for timely delivery and service excellence.Responsibilities

Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping of materials and finished goods.
Supervise and lead warehouse staff to ensure efficient workflows and adherence to safety protocols.
Maintain accurate inventory records and oversee stock tracking processes.
Implement best practices for warehouse organization and inventory management.
Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Coordinate with logistics and transport teams to optimize loading and delivery processes.
Train and develop warehouse staff to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse supervision or management.
Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and inventory control.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and warehouse management software.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple tasks effectively.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Strong problem-solving skills to address operational challenges.
25 to 40 years old.
Indian national.
