- Supervise daily production operations and coordinate all activities within the production department.
- Ensure production schedules are met while monitoring quality standards and adherence to safety protocols.
- Train, mentor, and develop production staff to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Identify and resolve production issues and bottlenecks to optimize workflow.
- Maintain accurate production records and reports for management review.
- Collaborate with other departments to improve production processes and implement best practices.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the workplace.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in production supervision, preferably in the consumer goods or manufacturing sector.
- Strong knowledge of production processes, machinery, and quality control standards.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and engage staff.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address production challenges effectively.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
- Proficient in production management software and MS Office Suite.
- 25 to 35 years old.
