Join our dynamic team as a sales Manager focused on fiberglass projects. You will leverage your industry knowledge and relationships to drive sales of fiberglass products and solutions for construction, industrial, and specialty applications.Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in fiberglass panels, grating, reinforcement, and related products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with fabricators, contractors, and end‑users.
- Present technical product information, prepared customized quotations, and negotiate contracts.
- Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.
- Collaborate with engineering and project teams to ensure product specifications meet client requirements.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
- Minimum 10 years of B2B sales experience in fiberglass or composite materials.
- Strong technical understanding of fiberglass products and their applications.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficient in CRM tools and MS Office.
- Ability to travel locally to customer sites and industry events.
