- Lead and manage the project management office, ensuring effective project delivery and adherence to timelines and budgets
- Develop and implement project management processes and procedures to improve efficiency and ensure consistency across all projects
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior management
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, and provide solutions to ensure project success
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, procurement, and construction, to ensure smooth project execution
- Mentor and develop project management team members, providing guidance and support to ensure their professional growth
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business opportunities
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, and implement improvements to project management processes as needed
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Strong understanding of the fit out industry, including knowledge of materials, techniques, and regulations
- Proven track record in successfully managing large-scale projects, preferably in the commercial, residential, or hospitality sectors
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proficient in project management software and tools
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is required. Knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
