- Lead and manage multiple fit out projects simultaneously, from conception to completion.
- Develop and implement project plans, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Oversee all aspects of the design process, including space planning, material selection, and furniture procurement.
- Collaborate with clients, architects, and contractors to ensure project requirements are met and design vision is achieved.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure quality control.
- Manage project budgets and ensure timely completion within allocated funds.
- Mentor and supervise junior team members, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Stay updated on industry trends and innovations, and incorporate them into project designs.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in fit out projects and interior decoration, preferably in a senior or lead role.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent knowledge of design principles, space planning, and material selection.
- Proficiency in revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other relevant design software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and team members.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and guide junior team members.
- Fluency in Arabic & English, both written and verbal.
