- Collaborate with the design team to develop and implement fit out plans and designs
- Oversee and manage all on-site activities, including coordinating with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders
- Monitor project progress and ensure that it is in line with the project timeline and budget
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and compliance with design specifications
- Resolve any issues or challenges that may arise during the fit out process
- Coordinate with clients to ensure their requirements and expectations are met
- Prepare and submit progress reports to senior management and clients
- Manage and track project expenses and ensure they are within the allocated budget
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards on site
- Provide technical support and guidance to the construction team
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in fit out design and construction.
- Must be Based in Saudi Arabia , (Any) - Nationality Arab Only
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in fit out projects, preferably in a supervisory or management role
- Strong knowledge of fit out design and construction processes
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations in Saudi Arabia
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Fluency in English, & Arabic both written and spoken.
