Develop a strategic plan to meet the company’s objectives.
Responsible for overseeing and managing the execution of the recruitment process.
Build and maintain a trusted relationship with key partners and stakeholders.
Lead a team of recruitment specialists and provide guidance, training, and performance management.
Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, industry events, and professional networks
Prepare and present reports to senior management on hiring trends, recruitment progress, challenges, and metrics.

Bachelor’s degree is a must. An MBA is a plus.
Minimum 10 years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a strategic role within the Pharmaceutical or FMCG Industry.
Proven track record in managing high-volume recruitment and strategic talent acquisition.
Excellent communication, strategic mindset, and effective leadership skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic.
