
Senior Talent Acquisition Manager - Saudi National

- Business Operations & Change Management: Own all operational aspects of TA within KSA, including SLA design and implementation, workflow optimization, and best-practice roll-out in alignment with HQ. Drive continuous improvement, identify inefficiencies, and ensure user adoption of new processes.
- Leadership: Lead and inspire a team of TA partners across the KSA market, ensuring alignment, collaboration, and delivery excellence.
- Strategy Development: Build and execute recruitment operations strategies that deliver outstanding candidate and stakeholder experiences. Partner with Communications and HQ to strengthen internal and external TA branding, events, and partnerships.
- University & Talent Partnerships: Develop and drive recruitment strategies, talent pooling and long-term pipelines through business schools, universities, and key networks.
- Career Events & Assessment Centers: Oversee the planning and delivery of recruitment initiatives such as career fairs, assessment centers, and related hiring events to attract and engage top talent
- Reporting & Analytics: Define, track, and report on key TA metrics (KPIs, ROI) to measure performance and impact. Leverage data and technology to optimize recruitment processes, reporting, and decision-making.

- Industry Background & Education: Ideally experienced within retail or related people-centric industries such as FMCG, hospitality, or services, bringing strong exposure to high-volume, fast-paced recruitment environments. A relevant degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
- Experience: Solid background in Talent Acquisition Management within a well-structured, large-scale organization, with a focus on operational delivery
- Leadership: Proven experience managing teams of 6+ members, with a servant leadership style that inspires, supports, and leads by example
- Operational Excellence: Strong ability to manage day-to-day TA operations, ensure process consistency, and drive service delivery at scale
- Representation & Public Speaking: Confident and articulate, able to represent the Group externally - speaking at panels, leading university events, and building relationships with ministries and government entities
- Language Skills: Fluent in formal Arabic and English, able to communicate confidently and professionally across diverse stakeholders
- Personal Attributes: Charismatic, people-oriented, collaborative, and grounded - a true ambassador for the Group, with a passion for engaging talent and motivating teams
- Travel: The role requires travel within KSA (primarily between Jeddah, Riyadh)
- Remote Team Management: Previous experience managing or collaborating with remote teams would be considered a strong advantage
