Description:Grand Hyatt The Red Sea is seeking a driven and strategic Associate Director of Sales with a strong focus on the government and semi-government segments. This leadership role supports the Director of Sales in driving commercial success by overseeing day-to-day sales operations, coaching and motivating the team, and ensuring revenue targets are met across key segments. The ideal candidate will bring proven experience in navigating public sector accounts, developing high-value relationships, and securing profitable partnerships, while also championing smart selling principles and contributing to the hotel’s positioning as a premier luxury & MICE destination on Shura Island.Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Sales role within a 5-star hotel environment in Saudi Arabia
  • Strong network and understanding of government and semi-government accounts in the region
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
