- Minimum of 3 years experience working as a Senior Sales Manager/Associate Director of Sales.
- Proven knowledge in a business to government sales, government agencies, embassies, and diplomatic stakeholders.
- Strong knowledge of the domestic and international leisure and travel industry market.
- Experience in luxury hotel operations, preferably in a cluster or multi property operation Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to build and maintain excellent customer relationships.
- Knowledge of sales management software and CRM tools.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Arabic.
- Strategic thinking skills o Good financial knowledge.
- Clear communication skills with cluster remote properties operation.
- Great negotiation and influencing skills.
- Key GCC government & diplomatic sales market knowledge is a must.
- Essential knowledge of Middle East domestic and international leisure markets.
- Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Strong planning and effective sales plan execution skills.
- Carefully plans Sales Calls into defined objectives.
- Maintains a detailed knowledge of resorts facilities, features and services.
- Conducts extensive competitor researches and maintains excellent Product Knowledge of the resorts.
- Ensures systematically and efficiently calls on allocated accounts and reports findings and opportunities to the Senior Director of Sales.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with leisure/travel industry accounts government agencies, embassies, and diplomatic stakeholders.
- Establish new business opportunities and generate leads for leisure segment
- Identify potential within the public and diplomatic sectors.
- Prepare and deliver customized sales presentations and proposals.
- Actively participates in sales calls with members of sales team to acquire new business opportunity.
- Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs.
- Attend relevant events, conferences, and receptions to represent the company.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the leisure segment, diplomatic, government trends, regulations, and procurement processes.
- Identify key opportunities for both resorts for domestic and international leisure business, government entities, diplomatic missions and international organizations.
