- Develop and execute growth strategies that expand revenue streams and open new sales channels within the HR and recruitment market.
- Identify, prospect, and engage potential clients through direct outreach, networking, partnerships, and industry events.
- Collaborate with leadership to refine existing services and design new offerings that address client challenges and align with market trends.
- Build and optimize sales processes and tools (CRM, pipeline management, KPIs, reporting systems) to ensure scalable and efficient operations.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to anticipate trends, client needs, and opportunities for differentiation.
- Lead proposal development and client pitches, ensuring alignment between client needs and Rgheeb’s value proposition.
- Foster and maintain long-term client relationships, positioning Rgheeb as a trusted advisor in talent acquisition and HR consulting.
- Develop and implement marketing and brand awareness strategies to strengthen Rgheeb’s market presence and attract new clients.
- Track and analyze performance metrics, reporting progress to management and recommending adjustments to maximize results.
- Represent Rgheeb at industry events and forums, building the company’s reputation and network.
- Proven track record in business development, preferably within recruitment, consulting, or B2B services.
- Strong ability to design and implement sales systems and growth strategies.
- Excellent relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and data-driven sales management is a plus.
