Job Description:Black & Grey HR is recruiting for a well-established retail group in Saudi Arabia looking to hire a Category Manager – Private Label (Saudi National). The role is responsible for driving private label growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction through effective product development, supplier management, and category strategy.Responsibilities:- Develop and execute category strategies aligned with company goals.- Drive private label product development from concept to launch.- Source, negotiate, and manage supplier partnerships to ensure quality, cost efficiency, and innovation.- Monitor category performance (sales, margins, stock) and implement growth strategies.- Collaborate with marketing to enhance brand visibility and promotional impact.- Ensure compliance with regulatory, food safety, and quality standards.- Optimize budgets, track KPIs, and deliver on profitability targets.Requirements- Saudi National (mandatory).- 5+ years in Category Management, Buying, or Private Label.- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.- Strong negotiation, analytical, and supplier management skills.- Knowledge of product development, branding, and compliance.- Proficiency in MS Office; ERP systems knowledge is a plus.Benefits- Attractive Salary & Benefits- Career growth opportunities within a leading retail group- Regional & international supplier exposure
