- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue goals.
- Identify new market opportunities and drive business growth across the MENA region.
- Manage and supervise the sales team, providing guidance and support to meet individual and team targets.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and distributors in the region.
- Conduct market research and analyze trends to inform sales strategies and product offerings.
- Monitor sales performance using key metrics and adjust strategies as needed to maximize efficiency.
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales initiatives with company goals.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a Master's Degree, preferably.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the consumer goods industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a sales team.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to facilitate effective relationships with clients and partners.
- Familiarity with market research and sales analysis techniques.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with various stakeholders.
- 30 to 40 years old.
