We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Director of People and Culture to join the opening team of Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences Jeddah at the Corniche.
Reporting directly to the General Manager, with a dotted line to the Regional Director of People and Culture, this role is responsible for building and leading the full People & Culture and Learning strategy, with the goal of positioning the hotel as the Employer of Choice in Jeddah and the Kingdom.As a strategic business partner, you will lead the hotel’s culture and talent agenda while actively promoting the Four Seasons Golden Rule in every colleague interaction. You’ll play a pivotal role in creating a workplace environment where people thrive, and service excellence is sustained from the very beginning.What You Will Do
- Champion the property’s People & Culture and Learning function through pre-opening and beyond.
- Actively lead recruitment, selection, onboarding, and colleague development programs.
- Serve as the hotel’s culture ambassador, modeling the Golden Rule in leadership and team engagement.
- Support succession planning, talent review, and internal mobility efforts.
- Deliver learning experiences that support long-term business growth and individual success.
- Drive Corporate People & Culture initiatives and ensure alignment with Four Seasons brand standards.
- Analyze compensation, benefits, and engagement trends to inform strategy and drive retention.
- Partner with hotel leadership to support key operational and business decisions.
- A strong background in Human Resources/People & Culture leadership within luxury hospitality.
- Pre-opening or transformation experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Strategic thinking with excellent business acumen and strong understanding of operational needs.
- A passion for learning, coaching, and people development.
- Emotional intelligence, cultural sensitivity, and a collaborative leadership approach.
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a strong advantage.
- Suitable candidates must be eligible to work in Saudi Arabia.
