You will work directly with stakeholders to ensure coordination of architecture, MEP, fire safety, accessibility, and operational readiness in line with Qiddiya's city-wide transport goals. This is a senior-level opportunity ideal for professionals with experience on mega-scale metro or rail infrastructure programs.What You'll Do
- Lead the planning and integration of metro station design, ensuring technical alignment across substructure, superstructure, and architectural elements
- Oversee design reviews and verify coordination between station architecture, MEP systems, and passenger experience features
- Develop integration strategies for multimodal connections including metro, light rail, Q-Express, bus, and pedestrian networks
- Ensure design compliance with safety standards, accessibility requirements, and fire life safety regulations
- Manage stakeholder coordination across consultants, engineers, delivery partners, and regulatory authorities
- Support procurement processes and contractor management for station design and construction packages
- Oversee certification, testing, and handover processes to ensure operational readiness of all metro stations
- Lead cross-functional technical teams, providing guidance, performance oversight, and mentorship
- Ensure adherence to Parsons and client standards related to quality, ethics, compliance, and safety
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline; Master's degree preferred
- At least 15 years of experience in major transportation infrastructure or metro station delivery projects
- Deep expertise in rail or metro station planning, coordination, and delivery
- Strong leadership skills managing complex technical interfaces and multi-disciplinary teams
- Thorough knowledge of international codes and design standards for transport infrastructure
- Familiarity with Middle East metro programs is a strong advantage
- Chartered Engineer or equivalent professional certification preferred
- Proven contractor management experience and understanding of station delivery methodologies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
