- Conduct thorough risk assessments and implement effective mitigation measures.
- Support the continuous improvement of project management practices within the organization.
- Mentor and train junior project planning staff, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in project planning or management, particularly within the construction or large-scale development sectors.
- Proven track record of successful project delivery, with strong planning, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Familiarity with project management software and planning tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera).
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and manage multiple stakeholders.
- Professional certifications such as PMP or equivalent are advantageous.
