
Administration Manager – Government Affairs (Saudi National)

- Represents the company before government authorities, in line with business needs.
- Liaises with relevant authorities for processing of: -Registration & Renewal of companies, branches and representations offices
- Company's Classification
- Registration & renewal of Marine equipment licenses
- Registration & renewal of Land equipment licenses
- Permits for Company premises (permanent & temporary)
- Any other, according to business needs
- Monitors Country legislation and reports any changes to Regional Office / Corporate ADM Dpt.
- Cultivates and maintains relationships with relevant government staff, facilitating company needs, and serving
- as a primary point of contact.
- Builds and maintains a database of key public officials and staff (municipalities, ministries, public authorities
- etc.), as well as external partners.
- Provides high level administrative support to the Regional Management and Corporate ADM Department.
- Provides high level administrative support for projects during mobilization, demobilization and as required.
- Ad hoc requests by Regional Management.
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or other relevant field
- 15+ years' experience in Government Affairs
- Minimum 5 years' experience at similar responsibilities Managerial level
- Good knowledge of English, oral and written.
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated experience in Admin role, preferably in the construction industry
- Ability to solve problems combined with a positive and can-do attitude
- A good team player with ability to work independently and prioritize multiple assignments
- Reliable, responsible, and organized with a close attention to detail
- Confident and positive attitude, focused on teamwork and communication with colleagues and clients at all levels
