
Sales Manager (Saudi nationals only) - Jeddah

- Lead, manage, and inspire the Sales team to achieve company objectives and exceed sales targets.
- Encourage team members to build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, contractors, and designated users.
- Supervise and guide Sales Engineers in following up on allocated quotations to ensure timely responses and successful outcomes.
- Collaborate with the Proposals Department to ensure all quotations are submitted on time and align with company policies.
- Conduct regular reviews of sales performance with the Area Sales Manager, identifying and addressing any variances.
- Oversee the preparation of weekly sales visit reports, discussing progress and future strategies with the team.
- Regularly review and maintain accurate CRM data to ensure effective tracking and reporting.
- Ensure customers receive professional service and are fully satisfied with the sales process.
- Address customer inquiries promptly, ensuring all concerns are resolved to their satisfaction.
- Supervise follow-ups with customers on quoted jobs, providing feedback and ensuring a positive experience.
- Provide strong leadership to the Sales team, fostering a culture of collaboration, motivation, and accountability.
- Supervise, mentor, and develop team members to enhance their performance and professional growth.
- Promote teamwork and encourage a supportive work environment.
- Ensure all team members are aware of and comply with the company’s HSE policies and procedures.
- Maintain effective communication with internal stakeholders, including the President Director, Sales Engineers, Sales Coordinators, Accounts, IT, and Admin staff.
- Build and nurture relationships with external stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and couriers.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field (required).
- Master’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent (preferred).
- 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in sales management, with a proven track record in the petrochemical, industrial, or oil and gas sectors.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational abilities.
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving capabilities.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
