- Manage the entire project lifecycle for healthcare facilities, from concept through design to construction and handover.
- Work closely with healthcare professionals, architects, and engineering teams to ensure that facilities are designed to meet the necessary healthcare standards and regulations.
- Develop and oversee project timelines, budgets, and resource allocations to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality of work, and compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with local authorities and healthcare stakeholders to gather inputs and ensure the facilities meet the specific needs of the community.
- Manage project risks by identifying potential issues early and implementing solutions to mitigate them.
- Prepare and present reports on project status to stakeholders and senior management, ensuring transparency and accountability.
- Foster a collaborative working environment, promoting best practices and effective communication among team members.
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
- A minimum of 8-12 years of project management experience in healthcare or related projects.
- Extensive knowledge of healthcare standards, regulations, and building codes.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale healthcare facility projects successfully.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on achieving project objectives.
- Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Professional certifications such as PMP or equivalent are desirable.
