• Lead the planning, development, and implementation of innovative educational programs and initiatives within Qiddiya's portfolio.
• Collaborate with various stakeholders, including project teams, educators, and external partners, to ensure cohesive project delivery and alignment with strategic goals.
• Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources for education-focused initiatives.
• Conduct assessments and evaluations of educational projects to ensure relevancy and effectiveness in meeting audience needs.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams, promoting best practices in educational project management.
• Identify opportunities for partnership and collaboration with educational institutions and agencies.

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Project Management, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
• At least 7-10 years of experience in project management, specifically in the education sector.
• Strong understanding of educational program development and delivery.
• Proven experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail and deadline adherence.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and team collaboration skills.
