Job Description Summary As part of our strategic partnership with a Healthcare institution we are hiring a Program Manager to lead the delivery of a portfolio of high-impact digital health initiatives. These projects are central to our customers digital transformation agenda and require strong leadership, coordination, and stakeholder engagement to ensure successful execution. This role is critical to ensuring that our solutions are delivered with precision, aligned with customers strategic goals, and integrated across engineering, applications, and project management functions. The Program Manager will report to the VP of commercial & Healthcare solution and act as the central point of contact for our customer and internal leadership.At GE HealthCare, our machines, our software, our solutions, our services, and our people make a genuine difference to medical professionals and patients all over the world. Lead the end-to-end execution of the digital health program portfolio, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and to quality standards.
Serve as the primary liaison between our customer and internal stakeholders, maintaining strong relationships and clear communication.
Oversee the delivery of specific projects.
Coordinate across functional teams (engineering, applications, project management, etc.) to ensure alignment and integration.
Monitor program performance, manage risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.
Report regularly to the General Manager on program status, milestones, risks, and opportunities.
Facilitate governance meetings, steering committees, and stakeholder reviews.
Ensure compliance with customers standards, digital health regulations, and internal quality frameworks.
Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Health Informatics, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).
10+ years of experience in program or portfolio management, ideally in healthcare or digital transformation.
Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills in a matrixed environment.
Proven ability to manage complex, multi-disciplinary projects with external partners.
PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification is highly desirable.
Experience working with government entities or public sector clients is a strong advantage.
Fluent in English and Arabic.
