We are looking for a highly experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales operations in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 6 years’ experience in Saudi Arabia’s industrial sector, specifically in hydraulic hoses, industrial hoses, and hydraulic systems (cylinders and pumps).Key Responsibilities
-- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets
-- Manage and expand a portfolio of industrial and hydraulic sector clients
-- Lead, mentor, and support the sales team to drive high performance
-- Identify new business opportunities and market trends
-- Coordinate with the technical and service teams to deliver value-added solutions
-- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for management
-- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
-- Ensure compliance with local regulations and internal policiesQualifications
-- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
-- 6+ years of sales experience in Saudi Arabia, preferably in the hydraulic or industrial sector
-- Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets
-- Strong leadership and team management skills
-- Deep knowledge of hydraulic hoses, fluid connectors, hydraulic cylinders, and pumps
-- Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic planning skills
-- Fluent in English; Arabic is a strong plus
