Job Category: TechnicalJob Description:Role PurposeTo provide on-site preventive and corrective technical maintenance for issues, crashes or problems related to the Electrical, Mechanical or Civil installations in order to ensure safe and effective service delivery within the set KPIs, agreed budgets and adopted policies and procedures.Responsibilities:Key Accountability AreasKey ActivitiesEnvironmental System Maintenance
Perform required preventive maintenance for Electrical, Mechanical or Civil installations as per vendor instructions.
Conduct initial corrective maintenance activities of systems and equipment including repairing or replacing parts or components.
Troubleshoot issues faced by Electrical, Mechanical or Civil installations, and provide required solutions to resolve the issues.
Conduct routine quality checks to ensure safety, health and operational standards are met for all Electrical, Mechanical or Civil maintenance activities.
Liaise with internal and external colleagues/contractor/suppliers/partners to ensure maintenance delivery in case initial corrective maintenance failure
Technical Support and Safety
Provide guidance and technical expertise within non-CNS systems to support all areas of maintenance work.
Comply with all relevant SQE procedures and controls to ensure employee health and safety, regulatory compliance, delivery of high-quality service and environmentally friendly behaviours
Record and Documentation
Report to Supervisor for all relevant maintenance information to ensure that they are kept up to date
Maintain records of type and costs of all maintenance and repair work and communicate them to his Supervisor and Sector Maintenance Planning
Policies, Processes and Procedures
Conduct day-to-day activities while ensuring compliance to policies and procedures
Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of systems, processes taking into account leading practices, changes in business environment, cost reduction and productivity improvement
Qualifications:Knowledge and Experience
Minimum or no prior experience is required
Education and Certifications
A Technical Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical or Civil Engineering is required
