- Develop and execute a business development strategy aligned with the firm’s growth objectives in Saudi Arabia.
- Identify, engage, and convert opportunities across major clients including contractors, developers, law firms, consultants, and government entities.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the construction, infrastructure, energy, and legal sectors.
- Lead the preparation of proposals, presentations, and pitches for high-value consulting engagements (claims, delay analysis, expert witness, project advisory).
- Collaborate with technical and legal teams to tailor solutions and offerings based on client needs.
- Monitor market trends, tender announcements, and regulatory changes impacting the industry.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
- Recruit and mentor BD team members as the business grows.
- Report regularly to senior management on pipeline, conversion rates, and revenue targets.
