- Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve company objectives
- Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential clients and market trends
- Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients
- Collaborate with the design and project management teams to develop tailored solutions for clients
- Negotiate and close contracts with clients
- Monitor and report on market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback
- Attend industry events and networking opportunities to promote the company and develop new business relationships
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of proposals and bids
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective project delivery and client satisfactionQualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in business development, preferably in the architect fit-out projects market
- Proven track record of successfully identifying and closing new business opportunities
- Strong understanding of the interior Design - Furniture & fit-out projects market in Saudi Arabia
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and industry professionals
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
