Manage and mentor the Event Sales Team to achieve revenue targets and service excellence.

Event Execution:
Oversee planning and delivery of high-quality events, ensuring seamless coordination across departments.
Financial Oversight:
Manage budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics to meet financial goals.
Marketing Collaboration:
Partner with the Marketing team to promote event spaces and packages effectively.What we are Looking For:
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in event sales or MICE management, preferably in a luxury hotel setting.
Proven leadership and team development skills.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
Proficiency in CRM and event management software.
Fluent in English and Arabic.
