The objective of the Fundraising Director is to lead and execute fundraising strategies and initiatives in order to secure financial support for the organisation. Based in Jeddah, the role will focus on cultivating and managing relationships with high-net-worth individuals, organisations, and foundations to achieve annual fundraising goalsThe Fundraising Director will be responsible for:

Developing and implementing comprehensive a fundraising policy & framework aligned with the goals of the organisation
Establishing and maintaining relationships with high-net-worth individuals, corporate donors, and philanthropic organisations
Preparing tailored fundraising proposals and presentations to engage potential donors
Organising donors events, campaigns, and recognition programs to enhance engagement
Building and mentoring a high-performing fundraising team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability
Maintaining an accurate and up-to-date donor database and produce regular progress reports
Ensuring compliance with all legal and ethical fundraising standards and policies
