- Sales & BD Planning: Develop & implement sales & business development plans to achieve quarterly & annual targets. This includes forecasting, setting key performance indicators (KPIs) & budgeting.
- Partnership Planning: Identify, evaluate, & secure strategic partnerships with key developers & brokerage agencies to increase exclusive listings & business volume.
- Lead Generation & Relationship Management: Proactively identify & engage with key players in the real estate industry. Build & nurture long-term relationships to ensure high retention rates & continued business growth.
- Negotiation & Deal Closure: Lead negotiations for large-scale, exclusive deals (e.g., digital brokerage deals with developers). Translate market opportunities into tangible, revenue-generating partnerships.
- Market Intelligence: Keep informed of market trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities. Provide actionable insights to the commercial leadership to inform our strategic direction.
- Revenue Growth: Directly contribute to the commercial department’s revenue & listing targets by securing high-value deals & ensuring new projects are onboarded efficiently.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Marketing & Customer Experience teams to ensure a seamless partner onboarding process & ongoing relationship success.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in a business development, sales, or relationship management role, preferably in the real estate sector.
- Demonstrated work experience in business development within the Saudi real estate market.
- A strong network & established relationships within the Saudi real estate market.
- Demonstrated track record of securing & managing strategic partnerships that resulted in significant revenue growth.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, & interpersonal skills.
- Goal-oriented & self-motivated with a strong ability to build trust & rapport with high-level executives.
