The Restaurant General Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of a restaurant, overseeing all aspects from staff management to customer satisfaction. The Restaurant General Manager will be responsible for implementing strategies that enhance profitability while ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.Responsibilities: * Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring efficiency and high-quality service.
  • Manage staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluations to build a strong team.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
  • Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
