General Manager / Operations Manager – Heavy Equipment Sector🔹 Location:

Founding and operating a newly established company specializing in heavy equipment rental and operations (e.g., cranes, loaders, trucks). Responsible for business development, fleet operations, and team supervision.🛠 Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a complete operational plan from the ground up.Build and lead the operations team (drivers, maintenance, supervisors).Acquire and manage rental contracts through direct connections or public platforms.Oversee daily equipment scheduling and client coordination.Supervise the acquisition or leasing of equipment based on market demand.Provide regular reports to upper management.Ensure equipment readiness and implement maintenance procedures.✅ Required Qualifications and Experience:
Minimum 5 years of experience in managing heavy equipment rental or operations.Strong network in the construction and contracting sector (preferably Aramco, NEOM, Red Sea, etc.).Proven leadership and financial planning skills.Proficiency in basic digital tools (Excel, Google Sheets).Excellent negotiation and contract-closing skills.💼 Benefits:
