- Actively identifying, sourcing, and pursuing value-add & greenfield project opportunities (upscale condo/business park/grade A industrial real estate), and integrated (residential, office, and township) new industry city development within targeted growth regions in KSA
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with potential clients, key stakeholders and partners within KSA and MENA region.
- Engaging, retaining relationships with relevant government entities, reviewing agencies for project level compliances and approvals.
- Deal closing coordination and negotiation, completion and submittal for investment proposals
In-depth knowledge of industrial, residential and commercial real estate.
- Proven success in achieving exceptional sales results.
- Experience in providing exceptional customer support is a valuable asset.
- Fluency in English.
- Strong understanding of market dynamics.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Exceptional ability to build rapport and establish strong relationships.
- Proven experience in BD in multi-lateral international projects or commercial real estate, collaborated with KSA’s nation building projects are benefits
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field.
