- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
- Develop strategic account plans for priority clients
- Build and manage a robust pipeline of consulting opportunities
- Identify relevant tenders, RFPs, and procurement opportunities
- Coordinate proposal development and submission processes
- Lead client meetings, presentations, and commercial negotiations
- Position Nexstand services in governance, certification readiness, and institutional transformation
- Convert qualified leads into signed consulting engagements
- Monitor market trends in government transformation, institutional excellence, and certification frameworks
- Provide insights into emerging opportunities and sector priorities
- Identify strategic partnerships with technology providers, advisory firms, and ecosystem partners
- Support collaborative opportunities that expand market reach
- 7–12 years of experience in business development, consulting sales, or government advisory services
- Proven track record in selling consulting or transformation projects
- Experience working with government entities or large enterprises in Saudi Arabia
- Strong understanding of RFP / tender processes
- Demonstrated ability to close deals valued at SAR 500K – 2M+
- Strong professional network within government, semi-government, or regulated industries
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Fluent in Arabic and English
- Experience in consulting firms, digital transformation companies, or governance advisory organizations
- Familiarity with:
- ISO standards
- institutional performance frameworks
- government transformation programs
- Experience selling strategic advisory or transformation services
- Knowledge of Saudi Vision 2030 programs and institutional development initiatives
- Build a qualified pipeline exceeding SAR 20–30M
- Close 3–5 strategic consulting engagements
- Establish relationships with key government and enterprise stakeholders
