We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Operations Supervisor who specializes in handling legal documentation and compliance for airport pickups and car rental operations.
The candidate must have in-depth knowledge of airport authority regulations, permits, and legal procedures to ensure smooth and issue-free client transfers.Key Responsibilities:
Prepare all required legal documents, permits, and clearances for client pickups from the airportEnsure full compliance with airport and transport authority regulationsCommunicate with airport officials to coordinate and pre-clear vehicle entry when neededPrevent and resolve any legal or procedural issues that may arise during operationsMonitor and manage the documentation process for all transfersTrain and guide team members on legal protocols and airport proceduresMaintain accurate records of operations and incidentsRequirements:
Experience in car rental, airport transfers, or a related field within Saudi ArabiaStrong knowledge of airport legalities, risks, violations, permits, and documentation proceduresExcellent communication skills and ability to deal with authoritiesMust be currently residing in Saudi Arabia with valid documentsSaudi Driving License is a plusTransferable Iqama for non-Saudi applicantsSend your CV and a brief note about your experience along with salary expectation to:
