The Talent Acquisition Director will oversee the talent acquisition function, ensuring the recruitment of top-tier professionals to meet organisational goals.
  • Lead and manage the full talent acquisition lifecycle across hospitality operations, ensuring timely hiring of high-caliber candidates for frontline, managerial, and leadership roles.
  • Partner closely with operational leaders to forecast hiring needs aligned with business growth and seasonal peaks.
  • Design and implement scalable talent acquisition strategies, leveraging both local and international sourcing channels to meet volume and quality requirements.
  • Build and manage an in-house recruitment team, as well as oversee third-party agency partnerships as needed.
  • Champion diversity, localization, and Saudization initiatives, aligning hiring efforts with broader organizational goals.
  • Develop and execute employer branding campaigns to position the company as an employer of choice in the hospitality sector.

  • Minimum of 8 years' experience in talent acquisition, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within the hospitality, tourism, or luxury service sectors.
  • Proven experience managing high-volume recruitment across diverse hospitality functions (e.g., F&B, front office, housekeeping, culinary).
  • Demonstrated ability to build and lead large recruitment teams and deliver results under tight timelines.
  • Strategic mindset combined with a hands-on approach to execution.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and intercultural skills.
