- Develop and execute a forward-thinking marketing and brand strategy that supports the groups growth objectives and vision.
- Oversee all marketing functions, including brand management, campaign design, digital strategy, public relations, and stakeholder engagement.
- Strengthen the corporate brand identity, ensuring alignment across all subsidiaries and markets.
- Drive revenue growth by creating and implementing integrated campaigns that increase service uptake and customer loyalty.
- Lead market research, competitor analysis, and customer insight programmes to inform strategic decision-making.
- Manage relationships with creative agencies, PR firms, and media partners to deliver high-impact marketing communications.
- Ensure brand consistency and regulatory compliance across all channels, campaigns, and markets.
- Provide visionary leadership to the marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and performance excellence.
- Efficiently manage annual marketing budgets and ensure ROI on all initiatives.
- 10+ years of progressive marketing leadership within the hospitality sector, with at least 3+ years in a senior management role overseeing multi-unit or multi-brand portfolios.
- Deep understanding of hospitality, travel, tourism, and service-based marketing within GCC and global markets.
- Strong strategic thinking, exceptional communication, and proven expertise in brand-building and public relations.
- Willingness and ability to travel internationally for business engagements.
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related discipline (Masters or higher preferred).
