- Proven experience in catering management, particularly in industrial or remote site settings.
- Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, organizational skills and time management.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
- Ability to manage budgets and control costs.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Familiarity with relevant software and technology used in catering operations.
