Premier is hiring a Sales Manager for an Industrial Equipment Leader in Saudi Arabia. The Sales Manager will be responsible for:Team Leadership and Management:
  • Manage, hire, train, and mentor the sales team to achieve targets.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching to enhance team skills.
Sales Strategy and Operations:
  • Develop and implement sales plans to meet company objectives.
  • Oversee indoor and outdoor sales activities and ensure accurate reporting.
  • Establish and manage product pricing strategies to maintain competitiveness and profitability.
Client and Customer Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
  • Handle and follow up with credit sales and credit clients.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction by coordinating with customer service.
Market and Product Management:
  • Conduct market research and monitor competitors.
  • Develop and implement product branding strategies to enhance market presence and recognition.
  • Provide feedback to product development based on market trends.
Inventory and Budget Management:
  • Oversee inventory replenishment, warehouse management, and create purchase orders.
  • Manage the sales budget and ensure cost-effective operations.
  • Monitor sales expenses and ensure alignment with the budget.
Marketing and Digital Sales:
  • Work with the marketing team on promotional strategies.
  • Manage online sales channels and e-commerce platforms.
Performance Analysis and Reporting:
  • Review and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement.
