We are looking for a detail oriented and execution driven Trade Marketing Specialist to join a growing F&B company and support demand generation, availability, and sell-through across retail, quick-commerce, and direct-to-consumer (DTC) channels.This role is ideal for someone who understands in market execution, trade activations, and performance driven marketing. You will work closely with brand, communications, and external agencies to ensure product launches, promotions, and DTC initiatives are executed effectively and consistently across channels.Key Responsibilities
  • Own trade marketing execution, including POS materials, in-store visibility, and promotional mechanics.
  • Coordinate product launches from an execution standpoint (timing, channels, activation intensity).
  • Align trade activation plans with brand wider marketing plan in collaboration with the Brand & Communications Specialist.
  • Work closely with the performance marketing agency on our direct-to-consumer execution, tracking, and optimization.
  • Identify and activate brand partnerships with relevant lifestyle venues.
  • Structure simple on-ground activation mechanics (sampling, branded placement, fridge presence, limited-time collaborations).
  • Coordinate with sales team to ensure placement, compliance, and activation alignment.
  • Coordinate with agencies, suppliers, and distributor to ensure timely delivery of growth, trade, and activation assets.
  • Ensure alignment between digital push and physical availability.
RequirementsRequirements
  • 4–5 years of experience in trade marketing, performance marketing, or growth marketing (F&B, FMCG, or retail preferred).
  • Strong understanding of trade marketing execution and in-store activation.
  • Hands-on experience managing digital performance marketing and working with external agencies.
  • Solid understanding of DTC business models, e-commerce operations, and performance tracking.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in KPI-driven reporting and optimization.
  • Highly organized with strong project management and execution skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with brand, communications, and external partners.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, growth-focused environments.
