Delivery Hero has been listed on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange since 2017 and is part of the MDAX stock market index.Job DescriptionTo contribute to the execution of communication strategies in order to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.Key Accountability AreasMarketing CommunicationWrite well-structured marketing briefs that clearly outline campaign objectives, target audience, key messages, deliverables, tone of voice, and timelinesAssist in the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns to support new features, partnerships, and seasonal promotions while ensuring alignment with business goalsCoordinate with cross-functional teams (creative, digital, product, sales) and external vendors or agencies to ensure seamless campaign execution and timely deliveryDevelop detailed project schedules and ensure alignment with broader marketing calendarsAct as the central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders by sharing briefs, managing expectations, and leading alignment meetingsTrack campaign performance using analytics tools, and prepare reports with actionable insights and recommendations for future improvementsReview all creative and communication deliverables to ensure brand consistency, brief alignment, and quality standards across Arabic and English materialsDeliver communication assets including brochures, presentations, visuals, and videos for various marketing initiativesTake necessary approvals from relevant stakeholders at each stage of the project to ensure alignment, compliance, and timely execution.Support the planning and execution of exhibitions, trade shows, sponsorships, and on-ground activationsWork closely with legal, procurement, and finance teams to manage RFPs, contracts, and purchase requests while ensuring accurate documentation and on-time executionGovernance and ResilienceFollow all relevant policies, procedures, and processes for the daily work to be carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of processes and practices to enhance effectiveness.Uphold a high-performance working environment and promote HS's Values.QualificationsBachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a relevant field is required.2 - 4 years of relevant experience.Creative thinking and the ability to contribute innovative ideas.Strong project management skills and high attention to detail.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English.
