- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and finalize selections.
- Handle all documentation and coordination for overseas recruitment (agencies, visas, contracts).
- Maintain and update recruitment trackers and databases regularly.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for critical roles.
- Support employer branding initiatives and ensure a professional candidate experience.
