- Identify and generate new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and referrals.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities.
- Present, promote, and sell products/services to existing and prospective clients.
- Develop and deliver sales presentations and proposals to clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
- Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline updates in CRM tools.
- Collaborate with internal teams customer service, operations to ensure client satisfaction.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market feedback to management.
- Bachelor’s degree
- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in Weighing and Packaging Indusutry.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand client needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel as required./Candidates avail in KSA is required to apply with transferable Iqama..
