We are seeking a results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to develop and implement strategies that increase sales, expand market presence, and enhance our brand reputation. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the woodworking industry, excellent communication skills, and a passion for building relationships.Key Responsibilities:Identify and pursue new business opportunities within target markets.
Manage and grow existing client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to promote our woodworking products.
Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
Collaborate with the production team to align sales strategies with manufacturing capabilities.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
Attend trade shows, industry events, and client meetings to promote our offerings.
Manage digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and website content.
Track sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for management.
Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels.
Qualifications:Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the woodworking, furniture, or manufacturing industry.
Strong networking and negotiation skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms.
Ability to analyze market data and adapt strategies accordingly.
