- Lead and manage the full distributor relationship for Saudi Arabia, ensuring strong performance and market execution.
- Drive the implementation of commercial strategies across key channels, with priority focus on Modern Trade and Key Accounts.
- Strengthen the brand's presence across retail, out‑of‑home, and emerging channels in the Kingdom.
- Monitor market trends, customer performance, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
- Oversee forecasting, planning, and performance management with the distributor.
- Ensure effective implementation of trade marketing activities and visibility initiatives.
- Minimum 4+ years of sales experience within the FMCG sector in Saudi Arabia, ideally with a multinational organization
- Strong experience in Key Account Management within the Modern Trade channel.
- Broad understanding of multiple sales channels (retail, out‑of‑home, emerging channels).
- Entrepreneurial, ambitious, and resilient mindset with the ability to work independently.
- Strong stakeholder‑management skills and commercial acumen.
