Looking for Male / Female.Job Description:
We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven IT Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in expanding our client base, building strong relationships, and driving business growth in the IT staffing and managed services sector, with a particular focus on the banking industry in Saudi Arabia.

Qualifications:
  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in IT staffing solutions, preferably in the banking sector.
  • Industry Knowledge: Good understanding of IT systems, technologies, and staffing needs within the BFSI sector. Familiarity with the regulatory landscape and IT compliance requirements in Saudi Arabia is a plus.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic (preferred). Ability to build rapport with clients, negotiate effectively, and present proposals clearly and confidently.
  • Education: Any degree, preferably bachelors in a related field (e.g., Business, IT, Sales & Marketing, or similar). Additional certifications in IT or sales management are a plus.
  • Skills & Attributes:
o Self-motivated, energetic, and driven by results.
o Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
o Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and act strategically.
