- Supervise and manage bar staff, including scheduling, training, performance management, and professional development to ensure a high-performing team
- Maintain strict inventory control, monitor beverage stock levels, and manage ordering to optimize costs while ensuring product availability
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations, as well as local Saudi Arabian hospitality standards
- Deliver exceptional customer service by maintaining high service standards and addressing guest concerns promptly and professionally
- Operate and manage point-of-sale (POS) systems and beverage management software to track sales, inventory, and staff performance
- Develop and implement beverage menus, including non-alcoholic beverages and mocktails, that align with resort standards and guest preferences
- Monitor and analyze beverage costs, pricing strategies, and profitability to meet financial targets
- Conduct regular staff training sessions on beverage knowledge, service techniques, and customer engagement
- Resolve conflicts and maintain a positive work environment that promotes teamwork and motivation
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and consistent guest satisfaction
- Minimum 3-5 years of supervisory or management experience in a bar, restaurant, or hospitality setting
- Proven experience managing beverage operations in a luxury hotel or resort environment
- Strong knowledge of non-alcoholic beverages, mocktails, and beverage service standards
- Proficiency with POS systems and inventory management software
- Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff
- Outstanding customer service orientation with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to analyze beverage costs, manage budgets, and drive profitability
- Knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation regulations in the hospitality industry
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
- Familiarity with Saudi Arabian hospitality standards and cultural practices is preferred
- Certification in hospitality management or beverage service is a plus
