- Supervise and manage daily bar operations, including opening and closing procedures, ensuring compliance with all company policies and local regulations
- Lead, train, and mentor bar staff to deliver outstanding customer service and maintain consistent quality standards
- Monitor inventory levels, manage stock rotation, and coordinate with suppliers to ensure adequate beverage supplies
- Oversee cash handling, reconcile daily transactions, and maintain accurate financial records using POS systems
- Create and maintain a positive work environment by addressing staff concerns, providing constructive feedback, and conducting performance reviews
- Develop and implement bar service standards, including presentation, preparation techniques, and guest interaction protocols
- Manage guest relations by addressing complaints professionally, resolving conflicts, and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
- Analyze sales data and beverage trends to optimize menu offerings and increase profitability
- Collaborate with other departments to support hotel events, functions, and special occasions
- Minimum 3-5 years of supervisory or management experience in a bar, restaurant, or hospitality setting
- Proven expertise in bar operations, beverage knowledge, and mixology
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff
- Excellent customer service orientation and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with POS systems and inventory management software
- Solid understanding of health, safety, and sanitation standards in food and beverage operations
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution abilities
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Knowledge of Saudi Arabian hospitality standards and cultural awareness
- Preferred: Experience in luxury hospitality properties or international hotel chains
- Preferred: Fluency in Arabic or other languages
- Preferred: Training and development experience for staff members
- Preferred: Multi-unit bar management experience
