Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources/Business Administration or related subject
Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar role
Strong knowledge of sourcing, screening ,onboarding process as well as all HR related activities, including knowledge
about Saudi Labour Law
Must have Strong knowledge and experience using government portals such as Muqeem, Qiwa, Mudad, and WPS.
Arabic speaking and writing skills will be preferred.
Location: Riyadh
Duties and responsibilities include developing and implementing HR policies & strategies, managing employee relations, and fostering a positive work environment in the organization.
- Utilize government portals, including Muqeem, Qiwa, Mudad, and WPS, to manage employee records, work permits, and payroll compliance.
- Assist in HR administration tasks, including onboarding, visa processing, and employee mobility.
- Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws and company policies in all HR operations.
- Liaise between clients and company to ensure service excellence and client satisfaction.
- Manage employee documentation and records, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
- Handle employee inquiries and provide support on HR-related matters.
