Job DescriptionWe are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Pre-Owned Cars Sales Consultant to join our team. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for assisting customers in finding and purchasing pre-owned vehicles that meet their needs and budget.Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
Listen to customers' needs and preferences to guide them to the right pre-owned vehicle
Conduct test drives and demonstrate features and benefits of different vehicles
Negotiate pricing and terms of sale to reach a mutually satisfactory agreement
Complete necessary paperwork and ensure all legal requirements are met for the sale
Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business
Stay up to date on product knowledge, financing options, and industry trends

Skills

2+ years of experience in automotive sales preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build relationships with customers and provide exceptional service
Knowledge of different makes and models of vehicles
Familiarity with financing options and the sales process
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
