IT Project Manager - Treasury

• Manage end-to-end project delivery for treasury initiatives (liquidity, funding, IRRBB, capital).
• Lead the implementation and upgrade of Treasury Management Systems (TMS).
• Ensure projects comply with banking regulations (e.g., Basel III/IV).
• Develop project plans, manage budgets, mitigate risks, and track progress.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders across Treasury, IT, Risk, and Finance.
• Facilitate change management, testing, and training for successful adoption.

• Proven experience managing Treasury or Risk projects in a bank.
• Strong knowledge of treasury processes and banking regulations.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, PMP).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with TMS platforms (e.g., Murex, Calypso) is a plus.
